Fregat upper stage is being prepared in the assembly and test facility: assembly of circuits, pneumatic-vacuum and electrical tests

That's an old picture.

But it shows a Fregat with the number 1038 in Baikonur.
According to the Roscosmos article before the launch of Kanopus-V-IK.
And that's confusing for me again. Most sources assign the 1038 to the launch of the Sentinel 1A in Kourou.

Per multiple sources the Fregat was 122-11 for the following mission:
17 - December 16 (350:17:48.220) - Arktika-M №2 – Soyuz-2-1B/Fregat-M (Я15000-058/122-11) – Baikonur 31/6
