In the launchschedule at NovKos I see 2020 8 launches with Fregat participation within 3 months.
At the beginning of January there are probably still holidays.
Plesetsk: end Jan. Meridian-M, Feb. Glonass-M, March Glonass-K
Baikonur: end Jan. - March 3 x OneWeb
Kourou: March Falcon-Eye 2
Vostochny: April OneWeb

Is that possible? Does anyone know that?
Thanks in advance.

With respect to Q1 2020 - probably yes.
With respect to whole year 2020 plan - it looks doubtful to me.
The attached picture explains the reason.

For GLONASS, Roskosmos has accepted Fregat and fairings №112-11, №112-12, №112-13, №112-14, №112-15.

One Fregat and two fairings have been accepted for Gonets-M. There is a reference to Fregat №112-502, so I guess that №112-501 is for Gonets-M?

Yes, key digit is 2 that means order from Roskosmos. Fairing 112-501 has flown with Kanopus. So, instead of it, probably, fairing 122-06 will be used for Gonets.

And the odd thing about that Kanopus launch is that a fairing was ordered from Progress not Lavochkin?

http://gklaunch.ru/en/news/photo-report-from-lavochkin-scientific-and-production-association-one-day-at-fregat-upper-stage-manufacturing-facility/

Beautiful photo-report of how Fregat upper stages are made in Lavochkin.

The video is very short, unfortunately.
Fregat-M 133-14 for CSG can be seen.

The red tubes say 123-01.
133-18 may be an old cover.

The remove before flight covers on the stage adaptor are 123-01 and the Fregat-M avionics bay flight cover is 133-18 .

It could be possible the Starsem launches will use two different series of serials: one for the stage adaptor and one for upper stage.

The Russians call it in translated English the transfer compartment to which Arianespace and the English speaking world call the stage adaptor.

The Fregat 12x-xx are ordered for Baikonur, but also start from Vostochny.
Works if the avionic has been adjusted, otherwise not. (Meteor-M)

Update

I have looked at other stage adaptors and Fregat stages and they normally have matching serials. So this flight had a change out.
