The name of the payload for the upcoming third SQX-1 launch is given as Tianshu at Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_spaceflight_launches_in_July%E2%80%93December_2021#July).
Updated:
July 10 - Shian Quxian-1 (Y5) - JSLC, LC43/95B - Tianshu(-2)
Edit the payload has been reverted to TBA shortly after users reported the payload on this forum and other western forums.

CASC says it will make 7 launches with the Long March-2D in 2021, at the moment we have two and there would be 5 left.

China launches in 2021 (times in UTC)
23 - July 9 (11:59) - CZ-6 (Y6) - TSLC, LC16 - Ningxia-1 Group-2

Strictly speaking, it's Zhongzi Group 2, with Group 1 having the name Ningxia-1 and Group 2 being Zhuzhou-1.
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

Please delete Ningxia-1 6 to 10. Zhongzi is the generic designation. The satellites are non governmental financed. Satellites 1 to 5 have been named Ningxia-1 according to the investor Ningxia Golden Silicon Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Satellites 6 to 10 are named Zhuzhou-1 according to Zhuzhou State Investment Group.

Mentioned in this article is that all three inland launch sites will see a CZ-2D launch this year, only one remaining flight in the 3rd quarter with the remaining four launching in the fourth quarter, and each flight will carry a different number of satellites with flights having 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 spacecraft.
CASC says it will make 7 launches with the Long March-2D in 2021, at the moment we have two and there would be 5 left.

A CZ-2D launch from Jiuquan is expected on July 27 according to https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/Xz4F5mi8rQyOqpHyxD2pHA .
Also, the Tianhui 1 04 Test Team exists.
It is not known if the July 27 launch involves Tianhui 1 04.

Like for CZ-2D also for CZ-2C some more refined information for 2021 launch schedule were given (https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/Ftr52RWO0izA9GNqvfNaEg): 7 more launches are planned (including the June 18th launch); a new configuration with increased payload capacity will be introduced; the payload fairing of the May 6th launch contained an altimeter combination to measure the height changes during the reentry into the atmosphere.
A little strange information can be found at the end of the source.  It tell us that the May 6th launch was 75th launch of the CZ-2C.

Vertical axis is resolution in meters?
Horizontal axis is the local time of descending node in the suitable sun-synchronous orbit?

spaceflightfans.cn has an August TBD CZ-6 launch from Taiyuan LC16: "KL-β double star."  The customer is the Chinese Academy of Sciences; launch is to a SSO.

What is this?

They should be the follow-ups to this ones: http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/2019-11/17/c_138562304.htm, a couple of satellites built by CAS for the german company KLEO Connect.
