Pusher pressure issues,  hope that doesn't require a rollback to check.  That's the pneumatic pusher to push the second stage forward from the first stage,  The area in Red in the attached picture is the piston but the pump is out of frame.

Here is a picture of the top of the first stage showing the pusher and hydraulics (in red).

There is a stage separation mechanism at the top of the Falcon 9 1st stage that uses a piston to push away from the 2nd stage. The pneumatic piston is supported by a tripod structure. The top of the helium powered piston fits into the bell of the Merlin engine of the second stage.

Hopefully, it is a helium supply issue gauge fault, instead of a failed part.

Please note the picture is 4 years old, things might have changed since then.
