Very interesting, in the absence of a 3rd East coast ASDS I've been waiting to see RTLS Starlink flights.

Very Interesting.
Wildly optimistic prediction, Superheavy recovery on IFT-4 or IFT-5

1734-EX-ST-2023

Application Narrative

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (“SpaceX”) requests a six-month STA to authorize
Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launches. The locations and technical parameters of each launch will
be consistent with prior launches1 and, in each case, trajectories and any other launch-specific
information will be supplied to NTIA and other interested federal agencies for coordination well
in advance of launch. All launches will be licensed by the FAA Office of Commercial Space
Transportation.

...

This was granted November 21.  (It also had a conditional grant in late September that would only have gone into effect if federal personnel had been furloughed because of the annual budgeting mess).
