looks like fcc.report hasn't updated in a couple days, have to go back to the annoying old way of looking for things.  (fcc.report is so much easier for seeing recent updates to IBFS database.)

I think so, likely the same mission as the previous two "commercial crew" dragon comms applications 1038- and 1039-.

I wonder what the mission numbers for Crew 3 and Crew 4 will be.  1403 is still available but 1404+ was used for CRS, so the numbers will skip at some point.  1633 is so high I'd think it would be a recently booked mission like Inspiration 4.

There are a few new permit requests for Starlink launches from Vandy and Florida. I haven't checked the drone ship locations yet.

1258-EX-ST-2021

Dragon S-band application likely for Crew-3 this time. The application adds back the previously omitted wording "to the International Space Station" and has an operational period start date of 2021-09-30.

Updated FAA licenses for KSC and Vandy launches, adding Inspiration 4 mission at KSC and adding Starlink Group 2 missions at Vandy.  Removed the specific azimuths allowed on the Vandy license (which may be a trend, I think they did the same for the Rocket Lab NZ license).  Otherwise just tweaking insurance requirements for the added missions.

Another mission launching east, 1454, which is consecutive to the Turksat 5A mission number. (1453)  So I guess the previous "launching east" permit is for something else like IXPE?  NET mid-December.

Did we ever get a permit request for CSG-2?

Launches under the LSP don't usually need an FCC permit IIRC (like they also don't need an FAA license) so I don't think IXPE is good candidate.

Maybe the permit for mission 1562 is for CSG-2 and they just got the coordinates wrong (copy paste error ?)

But then one could ask what mission 1526 is for if they don't need permits for LSP launches...
