Unless you are a stickler about the Karman Line, 20 is a new record.

Previous most people in space was 19, on December 11, 2021 during the flight of Blue Origin NS-19 (6 people) and including the crew of Tiangong (3 people) and the crew on the ISS (10 people, a private flight of 2 Japanese tourists and 1 Russian astronaut was visiting on MS-20 at the time)
