Will this launch be from the FLP or the SLP?

Is it still on course for launch at the end of May?

Chandrayaan-3 launches from SLP in July.

SLP. FLP is for only PSLV and SSLV nowadays except when SLP is out of service for an extended period of time. As for the rest this not something that can be updated until the detailed NOTAM's are published.

GSLV actually launched from FLP in its early days.
Yes we know that per why i used the word nowadays.  Since you did not clearly read my post fully FLP is only now used for GSLV when SLP is out of service for pad damage or maintenance or when there is a pair of high priority GSLV's that need to launch in quick succession. They moved GSLV to SLP to increase PSLV's launch rate.

Spotted a L40 booster in PSLV C55 launch stream when they were showing PSLV vehicle assembly clips. It's marked F12.

- Induction of CUSCE-V2 (Not specified in brochure what this is)

CUSCE Checkout System

The Cryo Upper Stage Control Electronics checkout system is used for the testing and validation of the CUSCE package. The communication between checkout and control electronics package is using MIL 1553 standards. The checkout acts as the bus controller and the CUSCE will be configured as a remote terminal.

Various tests conducted include Protocol Tests, RT Response Tests, Error Injection Test, Load Test, RAM Check, Input Sensor Check, EGC Linearity Check, Drive MRC/AVR Actuator, Frequency Response Test, Step Response Test, Calibration of EGC pot, Calibration of RTD’s etc.
