ULA is kicking it up and adding another transporter to go along with R/S Rocketship

Design work is underway for a second vessel in ULA's cargo fleet. The render below looks similar to existing cargo ship - Rocketship

The company is planning to build a second vessel to meet the expected future demand for its Vulcan rocket.

Rocketship is a rather unique vessel as it's designed to traverse both the open ocean and the twisting Mississippi River whilst carrying very large cargo from the Alabama factory to launch sites.

Wahoo. The Wilson lock has been repaired and is open again. Rocketship came through successfully and is home in Decatur
It's Tony De La Rosa... I don't create this stuff; I just report it.  I also cover launches and trim post (Tony TrimmerHand).

Another trip to the Cape completed. Wouldn't have been LA-04 parts since it was well into stacking but likely more Vulcan parts.

ULA’s specialized rocket transport vessel R/S RocketShip has returned to Port Canaveral this evening after an 8-day trip from their Decatur, AL factory. Might be components for upcoming Amazon LEO (formerly Project Kuiper) launches. Welcome back to @CaptTSulli and his crew! 👋

ULA’s R/S RocketShip left Port Canaveral at 8:22 AM yesterday to return to Decatur, AL, and is approaching Bahia Honda Key. The offload was likely for the Dec 15th Amazon LEO LA-04 mission of 27 satellites on an Atlas V 551. Fair winds & following seas @CaptTSulli & crew! 👋
