I did not see a mission thread nor any mention of it all, hence why I asked here.
I'm not aware of any international launch contract signed before the effective deadline of western sanctions prohibited US companies from buying Russian launches. Only an MoU was signed. Skyrocket.de and other sites no longer list a Russian launch vehicle being employed.

The LSA is in their 8K section 10.20 amended as recently as May 2021. They also list primary payload delay as a risk in their most recent 10Q filed in May as well.

I'm leaving for vacation today. I will have someone look into it.
I have looked into it:
AST SpaceMobile Announces Launch Services Agreement to Deploy 693-Square-Foot Phased Array Spacecraft for Direct-to-Cell Phone Connectivity Testing

July 29, 2021 08:02 AM Eastern Daylight Time
MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTS), the company building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network accessible directly by standard mobile phones, today announced an agreement with Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (“SpaceX”) for the launch of its next prototype spacecraft, BlueWalker 3.

BlueWalker 3 is expected to launch aboard a SpaceX mission from Cape Canaveral, Florida, in March 2022. The spacecraft has an aperture of 693 square feet and is designed to communicate directly with cell phones via 3GPP standard frequencies.

“We're pleased to launch with US-based SpaceX, which allows us to deploy BlueWalker 3 from our own backyard,“ said Scott Wisniewski, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of AST SpaceMobile. “The spacecraft will be the second prototype to leverage our patented technology.”

AST SpaceMobile's mission is to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers moving in and out of coverage zones, and bring cellular broadband to approximately half of the world's population who remain unconnected.

Partners in this effort are leading global wireless infrastructure companies, including Rakuten, Vodafone and American Tower. As of June 30, 2021, AST SpaceMobile has entered into agreements and understandings with mobile network operators which collectively cover approximately 1.4 billion mobile subscribers.

MOSCOW, August 6 - RIA Novosti. The next launch of the Russian Soyuz carrier rocket from the Kourou cosmodrome in French Guiana is scheduled for late November, another launch is expected before the New Year, but it may be postponed until 2022, two sources in the rocket and space industry told RIA Novosti.

"On November 23 from the Guiana Space Center, it is planned to launch two European Galileo navigation satellites with a Soyuz-ST rocket," the agency's source said.

According to him, another launch of Soyuz-ST is scheduled for December 29 with 34 British communication satellites OneWeb , but it may be postponed until January 2022.

Another source confirmed this information, adding that the OneWeb satellites were originally supposed to fly first in November, and the Galileo launch was planned in December.

Since October 2011, 25 Russian Soyuz-ST missiles have been launched from the Kuru cosmodrome. One of the launches in August 2014 ended with the launch of the European navigation satellites Galileo into an off-design orbit due to the accident of the Fregat upper stage.

MOSCOW, August 7 - RIA Novosti. The next launch of the Soyuz-2 carrier rocket from the Vostochny cosmodrome is scheduled for mid-October with 36 British communication satellites OneWeb, two sources in the rocket and space industry told RIA Novosti.

"The next rocket" Soyuz-2.1b "with 36 OneWeb satellites should fly from Vostochny . The launch is expected on October 14," the source said.

Another source confirmed this information.

Earlier, the press service of the Glavkosmos company (an enterprise of Roscosmos) told RIA Novosti that in 2021, eight to ten launches of Soyuz rockets with OneWeb satellites are planned from the Baikonur , Vostochny and Kuru cosmodromes , of which four have already been completed. According to sources in the rocket and space industry, another launch in the interests of OneWeb from Vostochny is scheduled for October, three launches are also expected from Baikonur in August, September and December, and one launch from Kuru in December.

The contract between Arianespace and OneWeb for 21 launches of Soyuz rockets from the Baikonur, Vostochny and Kuru cosmodromes was signed in June 2015. In September 2020, OneWeb announced that the number of contracted Soyuz launches had been reduced to 19. Eight have already been completed: two from Baikonur, five from Vostochny and one from Kuru, 254 satellites have been launched into orbit.

OneWeb is set to begin providing commercial satellite communications services in late 2021, and by June 2022, it intends to deploy a constellation of 648 first-generation satellites, which will provide broadband Internet access to users around the world with full coverage of the Earth's surface .

The Vostochny cosmodrome began work in 2016. During this time, ten launches were carried out from it, including one emergency in 2017.

Bion M-2

https://www.roscosmos.ru/32309/

"The launch vehicle for the launch of the biological satellite Bion-M number 2 may be changed to Soyuz-5. This was announced in an interview with TASS by Dmitry Rogozin, director general of the State Corporation, at the Army-2021 International Military-Technical Forum.
"It makes sense to think about maybe the means of launch would be our new Soyuz-5 carrier, not to send it with a test dummy, but to make a payload," Rogozin said.

This will make it possible to test the drop fields and the rocket not with a dummy, but at once with a payload. So far, this question will be discussed, added the head of Roscosmos. Previously, it was assumed that the vehicle would be launched on a Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket."
