The launch of Ekspress-AMU 3 and Ekspress-AMU 7 is the last launch with 535 in the serial number. What happened to 53504, 53505, 53517, 53518, 53519, and 53536?
53536 was damaged or destroyed during transport.

To provide clarity there was an incident involving the train carriages and
train movement authorization on a section of track resulting in a collision with another train also carrying an oversized load. Upon inspection the rocket had only damage to the stage 1 tanks. These were repaired or replaced and passed the post incident tests.

Probably the stages were used for other "Proton".

Apparently there's still two active pads for Proton. Site 81 Pad 24 and Site 200 Pad 39.
https://ria.ru/20211203/baykonur-1761987597.html
When the Proton-M is retired after completing its remaining launches, will Site 200/39 be dismantled and the adjacent control center refurbished for conversion to a museum centering on the developmental and operational history of the Proton rocket, considering that Roscosmos plans to deactivate and began dismantling Site 81/24 next year?

Not likely in my lifetime to all of your question. I could see it be disassembled like some other sites and then abandoned in place while at other sites if metal prices are high enough they might sell everything for scrap value. It would be at the discretion of Kazakhstan during their usual meetings with Russia. Kazakhstan is not fond of leaving abandoned structures around but while Russia has its grandfather clause lease not many have been dismantled. Kazakhstan is also not fond of hypergolics as anything the propellants touch has to be cleaned and inerted (this includes anything removed from a launch site and hypergolic contamination/fallout area. Like the two presently abandoned UR-500 family pads and the vast majority of the kosmodrome they will be mothballed and abandoned in place follow the stripping of useful hardware and other valuable resources. 81/23 and 200//39 are presently kept in a predominantly flooded state. Kazakhstan's kosmodrome brownfield (i.e. USA Superfund Sites) cleanup proposals, mandates and opinions is comparable to that of the US Department of Interior leveling and in many instances completely removing any human-made traces (dating from first known arrival of eastern hemispherical explorers) of mining and industrial sites whose claims and land rights were acquired by the government.

Ekspress-AMU4 is not ordered yet, its launch is planned in 2023 for now. Ekspress-MD3 is cancelled.

Also the first Luch-5VM can be launched by Proton-M in 2024.
The Luch-5VM is intended to be launched from an Angara A5 rocket.

So that is it?  14 Proton rockets and no more?

This seems to be more than needed to execute the transition to Angara-A5.

The contract for the launch campaign between Roskosmos and TSENKI shows the following:-

- стартовый комплекс 8П882К (СК);

Site 81 is 8П882К, where as 200 is 8П882К-4Ф.

Yes, that is the source. It also says "ПУ №24"

Will the AngoSat-2 satellite, Rosalind Franklin rover, and Luch-5 and Ekspress-AMU4 satellites be launched from Site 81 Pad 24 or Site 200 Pad 39?

We won't know officially until the contract for each launch campaign is issued. Either pad is possible. Generally DM-03 upper stages and many military launches fly from 81/24 and Briz-M and non military launches fly from 200/39. There has been much back and forth over when to drop permanently to one launch complex site and pad as having to maintain hypergolic and kerolox propellant and other utilities infrastructure is costly with a high water table across the majority of the cosmodrome.

The Lunar Propulsion and Habitation Module is listed at the Steven Pietrobon's Space Archive as being slated for launch aboard a Proton-M rocket, but I can't seem to find any web pages regarding the Lunar Propulsion and Habitation Module, so I'm wondering if this spacecraft will be launched from a different rocket or has been put on hold for budgetary reasons.

It's been mentioned elsewhere on this forum that the ExoMars mission is on hold and plans for launching the Angosat-2 satellite have also been put on pause due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but does Russia still stand by its plans to launch the Elektro-L No.4 and No.5 as well as the Ekspress AMU4, given that these spacecraft are intended to be owned entirely by Roscosmos and RSCC?

I am not sure if Ekspress AMU-4 has even been ordered by now.

Probably not, even if it is, it's far from finished.
And who should provide the payload for this satellite?

Any Russian or international satellite with a Russian spacecraft bus using a western payload is at risk of suspension/cancellation because of Geopolitical sanctions directing the end of joint ventures and products.

If I'm not mistaken, Ka band (or was it Ku) TWTA are only made by Thales and L3. So that is a hard bound.
