Is 14D14M the engine described here:
https://protonpm.ru/activity/raketnye_dvigateli/dvigatel_rd_276_dlya_rn_proton_m/
and is it now also correct to refer to it in English as RD-276 rather than RD-275M?

11D43=RD-253
14D14=RD-275
14D14M=RD-276
At the Proton-PM site said about 14D14M.

What was the last year in which there was no Proton launch?

Was it 1964, since Proton debuted in 1965?

Yes.
Didn't realize this fact until today, that no 2024 Proton launches ends a 59-year string from 1965 to 2023.  Significant for space history, but with only one or two launches during each of the past four years I suppose not unexpected.

I hear that the next Proton Launch will be for "foreign customer".
If rumor is true this is Ekvator.
