Interestingly he reports that one of those was apparently built for an ILS launch for Eutelsat that didn't happen (from their 2015 contract of up to 5 Proton launches, of which ultimately only Eutelsat 5 West B flew with them) - probably for Eutelsat 36D that ultimately flew on Falcon 9 in March 2024.

Also I noticed that Nicolas Pillet now records the long-standing issue of s/n for the March 2023 "Luch-Kh" launch as Proton-M 935-73 & Briz-M 995-77. Not sure where he got that from.
