They just said it was a shear pin & expected by ground.

They just went on break. This is 45mins after starting so it would have been the earliest finish point in the procedure.

Pressure at 19.5. What units are those? kPa?
The multimeter reads it in mA and is equivalent to mmHg.

Earlier they loosened 4 restraint bolts which sound like they connect to the external bulkhead. I'm assuming the shear pins were limiting them to minimum length. Pic below shows the BEAM internal supports.

You are right, apologies. Regardless, the pressure is mmHg. Divide by 51.7 to get psi.
