As per http://blogs.esa.int/atv/2013/10/14/mission-report-11-october, next ISS orbit's reboost is planned on October 24th.

According to RIA.RU report the reboost is planned on October 23nd at 10:41 UTC. Who is correct, anik?
ESA because it oversees the ATV programme at the ISS MCB management level for CNES which operates ATV.
RIA is Russian News Agency and cannot always be trusted with their informations.

There is an overlap on Harmony Nadir with Dragon (SpX-4) and Cygnus (Orb-2).

2015
February - spacewalk (ISS U.S. EVA-24) from Quest airlock

Is the next planned US based EVA on the ISS still a year and a half away?

Yes.

However, no less than 13 Russian spacewalks are planned before that. However, if the launch of MLM indeed moves into 2015 than at least four (4) of those spacewalks (and probably several more) will move into the timeframe beyond the arrival of MLM at ISS.

Can you tell me where to find the listing of external payloads for the SpX Dragon flights?
I have seen them listed on an ISS flight schedule slide, but only for the immediate future and only in outdated slides.
What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?

Well, Anik putting the launch of Nauka (MLM) in september 2015 makes that delay official (at least in my book).

Next ISS orbit's reboost is planned on December 4th.

...so, Russian EVA's 38 through 52 are "on hold"?

These spacewalks will be replanned with new tasks instead of tasks related to MLM. I do not know, when and how much EVAs will be. That is why all Russian spacewalks were removed from my schedule.

Thanks Space Pete for this post! It's great to have it in one post  :o

Ditto!  Thanks Space Pete and, as always, to anik, for information I can really use for planning.
People involved with one particular CrS payload listed for next year are very sketpical.   ;)
What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?
