Starlink 12-24
SN155 and SN168 were both successfully recovered and returned to port.
Starlink 15-6
The active fairing half on 15-6 was SN163. Best guess at the passive half is SN228, but that can't be guaranteed.
Starlink 12-26
Space Coast Live operators were a few minutes too late to notice the fairing for 12-26 rolling out, so we only got a shot of the back of the passive fairing half as it traveled to SLC-40, and there weren't any rollout shots that show the serial numbers on the fairings. Based on that rollout shot, my best guess would be that the passive fairing half was SN202-17, but we'll need port return shots to verify that.
The active fairing half on 12-26, however, is much, much, more interesting than the passive half. The fairing, visible on stream, could not be matched to any other fairing half in the fleet. I took a 4K download of the stream after it ended, and cropped the video using VLC media player to see if the new 4K stream resolution would be enough to reveal the serial number. To my surprise, with the excellent lighting conditions, it was actually possible to see
183
on the bottom of the fairing half (clip showing it attached). We have never seen SN183 in the fleet before, and at this point, with the state of fairing tracking where it is today, it very likely has not flown since 2023. It'll be good to have a better shot of the serial number when it returns to port in a day or two.

Starlink 12-26
The fairing halves returned at night, unfortunately at a time of day when there were no SCL operators awake to verify serial numbers on port return. We can always verify the 183 next flight. Later footage was able to confirm SN202 using unique indicators on that fairing, but was too far away to view any serial numbers.
Starlink 15-9
This launch used that fairing we've informally called 'Q' before, and may have been its 4th flight, perhaps. We were also able to identify the passive fairing, which flew its 12th flight on NROL-145, is suspected to have flown a 13th on 17-1, and may have been flying for its 14th on this mission.
Starlink 10-18
This launch featured the return of SN152, a fairing that had taken a bit of a hiatus before returning for this mission. The passive fairing on this mission is likely SN218-8.
Transporter 14
The fairing integration shot SpaceX released a few hours ago shows a v2.3 active and a v2.4 passive. Right now, the only v2.4 passives known to be at VSFB are SN214 and SN228, and SN214 would be the half scheduled/expected to be the next to fly. The active half could be the 20th flight of the half last flown on 17-1, or perhaps the 10th flight of the half last flown on 11-18. Hopefully, they mention fairing flight numbers on the webcast, which would hopefully allow us to figure out both halves definitively.

Starlink 10-23
10-23 used 191 and most likely 198-18. Both fairing halves were successfully recovered and brought back to port.
Transporter 14
This one's kinda fun, since we got a hint at the serial number of one of the Vandenberg fairing halves that we currently don't know the serial number of. The webcast called out the fairing halves as flying for the 7th time (matches 214), and 20th (matches half last flown on 17-1). What's fun is that SpaceX shared a photo of Transporter-14 on the ground with the first two digits of the active half serial number visible, showing what appears to be "16" followed by what might be a 9, but it's difficult to be certain of that. We've seen fairing halves 163 and 165 before, so this'll have to be 161, 167, or 169.
Starlink 10-16
This mission used 203-20 and 188. Both fairing halves one mission "out-of-order", and we had expected them to be supporting the next mission, not this one, indicating that the switch to move 10-16 in front of 10-34 was very last minute.
Starlink 10-34 - First 32nd Launch of Fairing Half
The fairing halves for 10-34 rolled out yesterday, and are 185-32 and 220-4. 185 will become the first fairing half to support 32 launches, and at the cadence it has been flying since its 22nd flight, it's on pace to fly its 40th this year, although it may take longer now that the fleet of active halves is larger than it was a few months ago.

Starlink 10-34
Both 185 and 220 were successfully recovered and returned to port.
Starlink 15-7
15-7 had the 21st flight of the passive half that last flew on 11-22, and used a v2.4 active half that could perhaps be 217, just by the order of which half would be next up for flight.
MTG-S1/Sentinel-4A
This mission featured the first flight of fairings 224 and 233. This offset between the fairing serial numbers is the same as seen on GPS III SV08, which debuted 222 and 231.

Starlink 10-25
10-25 used active fairing 183, and an unknown passive fairing (there weren't SCL operators online during Doug's return to port)
Starlink 10-28
10-28 used active fairing 152, and an unknown passive fairing (fairings were too far away and it was too dark to make out the serial numbers during Doug's return, but enough was visible of the fairing to narrow it down to 198 or 200, more likely 200)
Dror-1 / Commercial GTO 1
This mission used 191-14 and 202-18. The webcast commentators said the fairings were flying for the 14th and 18th times, and a later camera shot showed 202 as the passive, flying for its 18th time (unique feature on that fairing was visible). Downloading the 4K stream quality afterward, and cropping the video using VLC, showed 191 visible on the active fairing. This is the first time we've learned how many flights 191 has.

KF-01
KF-01 uses 155-27 and 168-28. The fairing was observed rolling out to the pad yesterday, and Amazon also posted a high-quality photo of 155 today.
191 - Flight History
We did a bit more research, and 191 likely debuted on SWOT, had its 2nd or 3rd flight on Starlink 7-6, 4th on 7-14, 5th on 7-18, 6th on 8-7, 7th on NROL-186, 8th on 9-6, 9th on 9-10, maybe 10th on NROL-149, then it was transported to the Cape, and supported 6-93 for its 11th, 12-22 for its 12th, 10-23 for its 13th, and Dror-1 for its 14th.
