Orbital finally got an updated User's Guide for Antares out into the open!  ;D http://www.orbital.com/NewsInfo/Publications/Antares%20UG.pdf

Looks like they've settled on Kodiak over VAFB for west coast ops.

Not likely to happen though.

The lack of any non CRS flights for Antares has me curious whether they're actively selling Antares launches at all.

Other likely non-CRS customer is NASA medium class science missions.  Viability of providers for those types of missions is one reason for the way CRS was structured.  Probably best discussed in a non-update thread.

Other than, with a significant performance hit, they still can launch SSO out of WFF.

So west coast will only be needed if the payloads they intend to go after are to large for WFF.

Since the possibility of a West Coast Antares might generate some traffic, I started a new thread on it with some questions I had.

There's still the question of whether the Range would approve the Caribbean and Central American overflights needed for SSO out of Wallops.
If I like something on NSF, it's probably because I know it to be accurate.  Every once in a while, it's just something I agree with.  Facts generally receive the former.
