I have a question. It looks really big inside compared to the ISS. How did they get the modules up? I just see launches of the crew I think? What launches the big modules?

What launched it?

A Saturn V!!!

The inside of the skylab is basicaly the third stage (S-IVB stage) of the saturn V launcher refitted as a space station. Where the astronauts live is the hydrogen tank. The solar observatory is derived fron the luna decent module and the oxygen tank of the S-IVB stage was used for waste. The docking module was custom built IIRC.
