A new weather forecast (L-2) has been issued.

Still 40% GO and 110 kts for upper level winds on the launch day.
90% GO on the delay day (was 80% before), upper level winds unchanged (100 kts).
GO for launch, GO for age of reflight

Good morning from SLC-40 where #SpaceX is set to lunch a previously flown #Falcon9 w/ #SES16 / #GovSat1 for #Luxembourg this afternoon during a 2+ hr launch window that opens at 16:25 EST (21:25 UTC).  This mission will fly expendable due to mission/company requirements.

Per the wind conditions and limits for the forecast...

The forecast calls for sustained winds between 25-30 mph on the ground at the pad.

The public, available Falcon 9 launch commit criteria says that the ground wind limit for F9 is 35 mph sustained.
