Exactly what am I looking at and how is this directly relevant to Russian Space Launch? That looks like a 1980's CGI of a Tomcat.

As far as I can gather from google translate and the linked pages, this is a concept for an SSTO spacecraft by a Mr.
Victor Grebentchikov
. This is apparently for 'Aerospace Research Keeping LLC', but as far as I can tell that company consists solely of Mr. Grebentchikov and that website.
That's as far as I got before the horrible background colour genuinely gave me a headache. 'Desperado_Daddy'; if you are Mr. Grebentchikov, and I assume you are, please change it.

It is a derivative of new russian shuttle class Siberian

- and really it looks as Aircraft MiG-31 but first stage of that Shuttle only Wing and pair Engine!
