Booster 7 rolled out to the Launch Site, but the Chopsticks suffered a hydraulic failure preventing B7 from being lifted onto the Orbital Launch Mount.

It looked like there was some trenching and pipework going in from the old gas wellhead to the ?gas storage tanks? at the Sanchez site, around 1:29 of the video

Any observations / information?
