A new Booster aft section capable of supporting 33 Raptor 2 engines was flipped, crews worked on the Orbital Launch Mount, and Ship 20 was moved.

Ship 20 was prepared for stacking with Booster 4, new Self Propelled Modular Transporters were delivered, and the Wide Bay gained a level.

Ship 20 was stacked on top Booster 4 again at the Orbital Launch Site. This is the 2nd time the chopsticks were used to fully stack the vehicle.

A Ship aft section with a new design was flipped, Ship 20 was prepared for cryogenic proof testing, and a new dome design was spotted.

Overnight, SpaceX tested the full Starship stack with liquid nitrogen. Meanwhile, an SN8 forward flap was spotted on display at the Brownsville Airport.

Ship 20 was removed from atop Booster 4, crews worked on GSE piping at the Orbital Tank Farm, and a Booster header tank was lifted at the Production Site.

Chines, formerly known as nominal segments, were installed onto Booster 7 as aerocovers for its COPVs. Meanwhile, a new Booster common dome section was flipped.

The full stack was tested but then destacked - the fate of B4 and S20 is unclear as Booster 7 appears nearly ready to roll to the launch site for its own test campaign.

Booster 4 was tested with methane at the Launch Site, one of Booster 7's chines was spotted being moved, and a Booster aft section with header tank was spotted inside a production tent.

The structural test stand arrived at the launch site as SpaceX builds a new Booster test tank. Meanwhile, the LR 11000 prepared to remove B4 from the launch mount.

The SpaceX LR 11000 crane has been attached to Booster 4 as crews prepare to remove it from the orbital launch mount. Meanwhile, thermal tiles were attached to Ship 24’s nosecone sections.
