I double posted. I can't delete my double post so I'm altering this one to a related question.
If there were other players reusing boosters I can imagine landing boosters on platforms in the Pacific Ocean east of the launch. Maybe launched from the Philippines, New Guinea or other near equator location.
I believe Musk is presently doing RTLS (Return to Launch Site) at a higher latitude. How much delta V could competitors plausibly save?
