Just seven hours after launching a Falcon 9 rocket and a Dragon crew capsule from Florida, SpaceX is gearing up to send another Falcon 9 rocket aloft from a launch pad in California at 4:10pm PDT (7:10pm EDT; 2310 GMT) with 52 Starlink internet satellites.
