I don't want to sound unhappy about the L-2 content but I am. I am primarily interested in historical spaceflight and while there are a lot of pretty in L-2 I wish more documents that aren't deemed satisfactory for the regular forum where posted in L-2

The issue is that most spaceflight documents are openly available on the internet.  The ones that are on L2 are ones that not readily available and where the owner of document paid for or scanned on his own.

The same goes for photos (which also includes personal ones).

Those would be publicly available on NTRS.  there would be no private collection
