Xinhua News Agency, Xichang, December 3 (Li Guoli, Cui Wanying) At 13:56 on December 3, my country successfully launched the Communication Technology Experimental Satellite 13 at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March 3B carrier rocket. The satellite successfully entered the predetermined orbit and the launch mission was a complete success.
通信技术试验卫星十三号主要用于卫星通信、广播电视、数据传输等业务，并开展相关技术试验验证。
The Communication Technology Experimental Satellite 13 is mainly used for satellite communications, radio and television, data transmission and other services, and carries out related technical tests and verifications.
