Base on the newest CSS orbit dara, we can calculate the launch windows as below  in local time:
Jiuquan:     2024年10月30日04时23分±5分
Wenchang: 2024年11月11日16时24分±5分

So the TZ-8 might be launched on November 11 as Rumors! It also might be on November 15 if one of two cases happened'
1. It is not enough accurate 20 days later base on current orbit data
2. the CSS will be lowering the flight path

Tianzhou-8 will carry bricks made of lunar simulant. These will be placed outside Tiangong for ~3 years to assess the impact of the harsh outer space environment. Results will help inform plans for future lunar habitats related to China's ILRS. Images via CCTV
