It is vice versa, 95A is the west and (very likely) 95B the eastern launch position.

It looks like the new site for liquid fueled rockets at Jiuquan is to the southwest of the existing LM-2/4 pads?...
There are 76 stars listed on the "Launch History" of the LC-94 launch tower at JSLC before today's launch of YG-32-02. That's strange as I counted 79 launches out of there including today's one...

Of course failures don’t count and there’s one from there (CZ-2C/SJ-11-04 in 2011).
