How does one image show the stage is "spinning out of control"? The same way one photo of a U.S. flag on lunar surface can "show" the flag is waving?

The "blue spiral" in the center of the photo reminded me of this and this...

Oh, I didn't notice that center bit. Good catch, that appears to be a spiral, alright.

According to the text, this one seems to be a different tank from the one which punctured the roof in Vagaytsevo.

Thank you for the link!
BTW: On Chrismas eve here (in Germany) was confusion over a "UFO". Over Germany was to see the reentry of third stage from Sojus-LV from the last ISS-launch.

The text says this one is "между деревнями Луковкой и Вагайцево", "between the villages of Lukovka and Vagaytsevo."   Vagaytsevo is at 54.367 N, 81.867 E, but I can't locate a Lukovka in the area.

This appears to show the shutdown of the third stage engine (about 1m25s into the clip).

successful - shutdown of the 2nd stage, ignition of 3d, separation 2nd and 3d, nominal flight of 3d until video ends.

third stage engine anomaly, more likely burnout and explosion with LOX tank rupture can be seen in this video

problem, we have is failures in both engines now.  What is common in both set of engines?

Possibly just personnel.

No. Different plants, different firms. Same town, same country, same ....

Latest update: According to industry sources, the analysis of available telemetry on the fuel line pressure before the entrance to the engine's injection system indicated a possible bulging of the combustion chamber No. 1, leading to its burn through and a catastrophic fuel leak.

Latest update: combustion chamber No. 3

How about this Lukovka at N542311E814345?

That looks like it. The "Ust'" prefix must have messed up my search.

update: "According to industry sources", the later analysis of available telemetry  shows lowering pressure in the LOX and Ker lines on entrance to the engine before other anomalies.
Tank pressurization was nominal, but close to the minimum. The pressure at the inlet to the engine by 0.11 kg/cm2 more minimum.

If both lines were lowering its pressure, it seems very unlikely that it was a pipe blockage problem. So it should be explained by a loss downstream, right? The RD-0124 is a closed cycle engine. So if it had had a problem in the Ker line only the loss would have lowered the gas generator pressure and thus the LOX shouldn't had lost pressure. I can only think either of a whole engine (or turbopump) displacement, and thus of it breaking both lines. If it was a problem on one of the chambers first, wouldn't it had generated a pressure loss of the staged gas that moved the turbopump and thus not lower the LOX line, right? I'm just speculating.

You can tell that Popovkin had a really bad day.
