Time to take XM-5 off the Sea Launch manifest.  On 10/1/09 there was a Sea Launch / XM Consent Order filed with the Bankruptcy Court rejecting the XM contract.

Strange quote from http://www.intelsat.com/press/news-releases/2009/20091008-1.asp

"After its launch in early 2012, IS-17 will replace the Intelsat 702 satellite located at 66º E"

I believe the second block of satellites was cancelled some time ago.

O3b is removed from the schedule.

Quote
"O3b will initially launch eight satellites that will be placed in medium earth orbit (8,000 kilometers from the earth), which is some four times closer to the planet than  geostationary satellites at over 35,000 kilometers, and accounts for the low latency.  Based on O3b’s current spectrum allocation in the Ka frequency band, the company has the option to launch many more satellites in the future. This innovative satellite system will cover approximately 70 percent of the world’s population with fiber quality internet connectivity at attractive terms and conditions."

Karlsen said Sea Launch has three contracts — one from Intelsat of Washington and Luxembourg, and two from Paris-based Eutelsat — on its books.

Sea Launch expects to resume launch operations in early 2011 with Intelsat 17. The company also has four options with Intelsat and two yet-to-be-determined assignments for Eutelsat. Karlsen says the company will have enough backlog by year-end to fill its return-to-launch manifest: three Sea Launch missions are planned in 2011, and four—the minimum needed to break even—in 2012.

PARIS — Commercial launch services provider Sea Launch Co., which has been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization since June 2009, expects to return to flight by mid-2011 with a stripped-down cost structure that will allow the company to be profitable with no more than four or four-and-one-half missions per year, Sea Launch President Kjell Karlsen said.

The post-Chapter 11 Sea Launch will be 85 percent owned by a Russian company, Energia Overseas Ltd., and will have three launches — two for Eutelsat of Paris and one for Intelsat of Luxembourg and Washington — in its backlog.

If Sea Launch can clear court and regulatory hurdles by the end of the year, commercial launches could resume in early 2011.

Sea Launch's land-based subsidiary, called Land Launch, will blast off with the Intelsat 18 spacecraft in the first quarter of 2011. Another Zenit rocket will lift off from the mobile Odyssey launch platform next summer with a satellite for either Intelsat or Eutelsat.
