" Tianyan-15 is a technical test satellite developed by Haiyang local enterprise Final Frontier (Shandong) Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd."

I am confused by the Tianyan satellites. The name doesn't seem to be associated with a single operator or manufacturer?
Or is it?
There were a  lot of Tianyan serials.

Yes exactly. But unlike e..g Tianyi or Xingshidai, each one seems to be owned by someone different? The Xingshidais are all operated by Guoxing (ADA Space), the Tianyi by SpaceTy,  but I don't see any common organization assocated with Tianyan.
The organization behind them is Beijing Tianlian Measurement and Control Technology Co. Ltd. Sometimes they register frequencies for spacecraft they operate with the Radio Management Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and name these as Tianyan.
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

"包箭发星"!梁溪企业筑梦太空 近百家企业集聚,形成完整产业链体系
Quote
"Enveloping arrows and launching stars"! Liangxi enterprises build dreams of space. Nearly 100 enterprises gather to form a complete industrial chain system

5, 4, 3, 2, 1, ignition! "On the deck of a ship on the Yellow Sea, accompanied by roars and cheers, the rocket rose from the smoke and rushed into the sky. At 10:31 Beijing time on September 24, my country's Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center successfully launched 8 satellites using the Jielong-3 carrier rocket in the waters near Haiyang, Shandong. The satellites successfully entered the predetermined orbit and the launch mission was a complete success. Among them, the "one arrow and eight stars" this time, 5 stars are from companies in Liangxi District, Wuxi City.

The five satellites successfully launched this time, Tianyi 41, Xingshidai-15/21/22, and Tianyan 15, were produced by 4 companies in Liangxi. Among them, Tianyi Research Institute, Final Frontier, and Helium Star Light Alliance are companies headquartered in Liangxi, and Guoxing Aerospace is from Liangxi Science and Technology City. "This launch can be called Wuxi Liangxi's 'rocket-launching satellite'. "The relevant person in charge of Liangxi District exclaimed. It is worth mentioning that the first chief designer of the Jielong-3 carrier rocket, which was responsible for this launch mission, was Peng Kunya, the former chief designer of the Long March 11 carrier rocket. In August last year, with the recommendation of Peng Kunya, the leading domestic commercial aerospace company Oriental Space settled in Liangxi District, helping Liangxi District to build a highland for aerospace industry. And this special fate made Liangxi not only the cradle of satellite birth, but also indirectly contributed to this "arrow-wrapped star launch".

Tianyi Research Institute is a pioneer and leader in China's commercial SAR remote sensing satellites and scientific research satellites. It is the first domestic company engaged in synthetic aperture radar remote sensing satellites. Star is a commercial company that focuses on developing aerospace systems and payloads for the commercial market. It provides customers with fast-response, high-function on-orbit scientific experiments and technical verification solutions through micro-satellites, and provides highly reliable on-orbit support and guarantees. According to the company's head, the satellite launched this time is Tianyi 41. So far, Tianyi Research Institute has participated in the research and launch of more than 30 satellites and participated in 18 launch missions.

Star Era-15/21/22 satellites come from Guoxing Aerospace and will be used for remote sensing services such as natural resources, ecological environment, and urban management, as well as new technology verification such as earth remote sensing observation and intersatellite high-speed laser communication. Guoxing Aerospace was founded by former university research institutes and Internet leaders. It has carried out scientific and technological innovation, technological evolution and product operation around "space AI" and achieved phased results. In the early stage, Guoxing Aerospace joined hands with Liangxi District and Liangxi Science and Technology City to implement the AI Satellite Internet Global Operation Center project, covering satellite AI payload development, satellite Internet operation services, satellite Internet application innovation product development and sales and other functions.

Among the Star Era-15/21/22 satellites, Star Era-21/22 is named "Helium Star Liangxi Gemini 1" and "Helium Star Liangxi Gemini 2", equipped with the fourth generation of Helium Star Light Alliance independently developed The broadband laser communication terminal, which integrates mass production, business and verification, will carry out a number of key technology verifications, such as rapid two-way link establishment between multiple stars, networking and link establishment between multiple stars in different orbits, autonomous avoidance of solar eclipses, autonomous recovery of broken links, and long-term link maintenance. Subsequently, the country's first multi-star networking and satellite business data calculation mission of more than a dozen stars will also be carried out. Helium Star Link is a leading domestic provider of space laser communication solutions and manufacturer of related products. "This verification is of milestone significance to the development of the domestic laser communication industry. It will significantly improve the utilization rate of multi-source data, realize the complementary advantages of information fusion, and also mark that Helium Star Link has entered a new stage of development. "The head of the company said.

Final Frontier focuses on the research and development of low-cost, chip-based, and software-based communication modules required for low-orbit Internet satellites. The head of the company introduced that the "Tianyan 15 Satellite" (also known as "Final Frontier No. 1 01 Satellite") launched this time uses the third-generation core payload technology of the Final Frontier. It will obtain optical image data for earth observation in orbit, process and compress image data through high-performance on-board integrated processing boards, and transmit data with on-board lasers. It will verify on-orbit the analysis and detection of remote sensing images by on-board integrated processing payloads, high-speed data transmission between payloads, and satellite-to-ground laser transmission technologies. "We have achieved localized collaboration, and the chips independently developed by the company have been gradually put into production in Wuxi. "The person in charge of the enterprise said that Wuxi has a soil suitable for the survival of enterprises. Since settling in Liangxi, the company has developed steadily and rapidly. This in-orbit verification will lay the foundation for the company to expand the market.

On the banks of the Wuxi Canal, the construction of Liangxi Aerospace Industrial Park is in full swing. After more than a year of hard work, the aerospace industry in Liangxi District has gained momentum. So far, more than 50 leading enterprises in the subdivided tracks of the industry have gathered in Liangxi, driving the gathering of nearly 100 upstream and downstream enterprises, forming a complete industrial chain system integrating "making rockets, making satellites, launching satellites, and using satellites", which has become an important part of Wuxi's new industrial pattern. "In the next step, Liangxi District and Liangxi Science and Technology City will give full play to the advantages of the integration of districts and cities, develop in a coordinated manner, and work together to continuously expand and strengthen the scale effect and characteristic advantages of the aerospace industry." The relevant person in charge of Liangxi District said that they will strive to form and improve the aerospace industry ecology covering the manufacturing of rockets and core components, the manufacturing of satellites and core components, satellite applications, supporting processing, inspection and testing, and data services in Liangxi through several years of efforts.

“复旦一号”发射成功
Quote
"Fudan-1" was successfully launched

On September 24, the "Fudan-1 (Lancang-Mekong Future Star)" was ignited and launched at the Oriental Spaceport in Haiyang, Shandong Province, carrying the Jielong-3 carrier rocket. The satellite successfully entered the predetermined orbit and was launched successfully.

"Fudan-1 (Lancang-Mekong Future Star)" was jointly developed by Fudan University and Shanghai Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. It will carry out cross-border scientific research on solar atmospheric data and Lancang-Mekong regional atmospheric data, and provide an important platform for the six Lancang-Mekong countries to carry out space observation and technology application exchanges and cooperation.

The satellite is about 50 kilograms and carries two payloads. Among them, the main payload is the "Nuclear Science No. 1" solar detection spectrometer, which aims to obtain the fine spectrum of the solar atmosphere in the ultraviolet band. It is expected to obtain the fine spectrum of flares from Chinese satellites with an accuracy of better than 0.1nm for the first time in the 280nm band, and use these satellite observation data to verify and develop theoretical models, so as to better simulate and predict solar eruption activities. The payload is guided by Academician Ma Yugang of Fudan University, and the team of Associate Professor Yang Yang of the Institute of Modern Physics (Department of Nuclear Science and Technology) of Fudan University is responsible for design and development.

It is worth mentioning that the "Nuclear Science No. 1" also carries a set of "Bluebird" two-dimensional communication and storage chip test devices designed by Professor Zhou Peng. This device is the first in the world to test the characteristics of two-dimensional semiconductor chips in space, laying an important foundation for space experiments to develop its high-reliability applications, and is expected to bring leapfrog development to my country's space electronic devices.

It is reported that the satellite plans to use Fudan's self-developed "Nuclear Science No. 1" solar ultraviolet spectrometer to observe the high-resolution magnesium ion characteristic spectral lines in the solar surface activities, decompose the spectrum to obtain the motion law of its plasma, and contribute the experimental observation data and research of the Chinese team to the verification of relevant solar activity theories and the establishment of space weather prediction models. After that, an international joint research project will be established, and universities and research institutions in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin and the "Belt and Road" countries will be invited to jointly carry out scientific research experiments through data sharing, joint scientific research, cooperative training, etc., and provide a communication and learning platform for young scholars from the six Lancang-Mekong countries. The project uses its unique advantages in the field of higher education to inject new vitality into the Lancang-Mekong friendship and serve the high-quality development of the Lancang-Mekong River Basin.
The one of payloads is Fudan-1 (Lanmei Weilai) 复旦一号(澜湄未来星).

There are nine satellites in this list.

All those satellite names have been mentioned in press releases! One of them could be another name for one of the satellites, but which one?

According to Chinese Wiki, Yuxing-2 05 is Luojia-4 01 (no source provided).

Seems now confirmed by http://news.cnhubei.com/content/2024-09/25/content_18445230.html.
The question remains which satellites are still hidden under the label Yuxing. According to the used number the actual satellite Luojia-4 01 seems to be the 5th second generation satellite of the Yuxing serias. Have they anything to do with Hangtian Yuxing (Emposat), a company, which provides satellite tracking and communication services?

I wondered about that but for now I suspect it's a coincidence, with Yuxing being some kind of abbreviated term  Yu(...)  (Wei)xing,  "Control(?) Satellite"  that could easily appear in mutiple unrelated names. But you could be right.

The only other organization definitely associated with Yuxing-2 05 - as far as I know - is Harbin HIT so maybe they own the Yuxing name?

The article you point to is worth noting for additional data:
 - satellite mass around 60 kg
-  launch time to the second  1031:41 BJT  (0231:41 UTC)
-  orbit insertion time  T+10m40s

Gotta say I feel the alleged connection to public health for this remote sensing payload seems pretty much a stretch.

The paragraph that confirms the link. The name "Wuhan Daxue Renmin Yiyuan Jiankang" was previously associated with Luojia 4-01.

"After 640 seconds of ignition, the rocket successfully launched the "Wuhan Daxue Renmin Yiyuan Jiankang" (Yuxing 2-05 satellite) medical remote sensing satellite (hereinafter referred to as the People's Health satellite) into the scheduled orbit, announcing the complete success of the launch mission. In the vast space, the world's first medical remote sensing satellite made by "Wu Dazao" was officially unveiled."

AFAIK Chinese 氦星光联 is the translation of their English trademark HiStarlink. This name has no separate meaning such as Helium Star..., and 氦 is just a transliteration of the Hi part.

Some Online-Translators (e.g. MDBG) yields directly Emposat as translation for the two Chinese characters 驭星.
