No perpetual motion machines

Perpetual motion machine concepts do not work; violate one or several repeatedly tested theories (or "laws") of physics; and are off-topic within the limits set by the site owner, Chris Bergin.

One can discourse all one wants about one's pet project that is sure to be a sure-fire revolution of how humanity interacts with and understands our wonderful Universe.

But, you can't do it here, if it is a perpetual motion machine--even if you mistakenly think it is not.

Support your local planetarium! (COVID-panic and forward: Now more than ever.) My current avatar is saying "i wants to go uppies!" Yes, there are God-given rights. Do you wish to gainsay the Declaration of Independence?
