So apparently the malaysians have a plan to land a malaysian on the moon by 2020,

So is this as mental as it sounds. or do they plan to buy a seat on an american/chinese/Russian/Commercial/Indian vehicle?

If a commercial company can do it, why not a small country?

At last, the kind of competition sure to loosen congressional purse strings for Constellation.    ;)
