Early this month, The Boring Company picked up a few more parcels at the Bastrop location.  Unknown what ultimately will be the split in ownership of these parcels totaling about 270 acres (109 hectares).  Here is an updated map.
where are seeing which are spacex and which are boring company? The gis map show " GAPPED BASS LLC" (clearly a shell company) as the owner of all them.
Boring is SpaceX.

But SpaceX is not Boring.  8)

Attached is the June deed making the transfer of that plot of land from Gapped Bass to SpaceX.  In late September, SpaceX also acquired a bit of non-Boring land to the South of its parcel, but I am waiting for it to show up in the GIS map so that I can see its shape.

On September 28, SpaceX bought 14 acres of the 114.53 acre parcel (#36008) directly South of its Bastrop property.  On November 15th, TBC purchased an 108 acre parcel (#25540) adjacent to its other parcels.  All told, the TBC/SpaceX campus now comprises 397.36 acres (160.81 hectares).

Attached is the map, which omits the new SpaceX 14 acres because the shape of that acreage has not been drawn yet.

In case anyone wants to go for a visit, Google Maps says there's an RV park just across the river.

Joe Tegtmeyer with another excellent Bastrop property flyover.  SpaceX's facility is the first portion.

The facility looks like it is a couple of months or so from completion.  The outer envelope and roofing membrane are progressing.  The second level flooring concrete has not yet been poured.

Drone footage from Joe Tegtmeyer again.  Looks like the SpaceX facility is being finished up.   March completion expected.

Here is an update of my TBC/SpaceX campus map, which includes the 14 acres that SpaceX bought that I mentioned above (#36088) as well as a new 41.45 acre plot that TBC bought in late November (#71438).

All told, SpaceX owns 60.58 acres and TBC owns 383.23 acres, for a total of 443.81 acres.

Attached is an update of my TBC/SpaceX campus map, which includes a mid-April 30.96 acre land purchase by TBC that is adjacent to land that TBC already owns.  This plot is on the SpaceX side of the road.

All told, SpaceX owns 60.58 acres and TBC owns 424.19 acres, for a total of 484.77 acres.

Here is Joe Tegtmeyer's drone flight of the TBC/SpaceX campus, which shows construction progress on an addition to the Starlink factory.  The main part of the Starlink building looks to be in great shape, basically done.

On October 10, it appears that SpaceX bought an additional 33.49 acres from TBC (part of parcel #35975).  Bastrop County has not yet put the exact outlines of this parcel on the assessor's map.  Once they do so, I will revise and post my campus map.

You can see in Joe Tegtmeyer's video that SpaceX is doing some grading work and putting down stones/gravel on the portion that it just bought from TBC.  This could be for a "warehouse on wheels" or new construction.
