At this stage, I would mirror my vote in a hypothetical third poll with the equivalent options for the 2022/23 timeframe (replicating what was done for the first poll with this one): May 2023 or later. Although based on Musk's remarks from a few months ago (not that I believe them at face value), a looming "company bankrupcy" combined with the probable short-term liquidity drought in his financial ecosystem, might after all stall the project if things don't go flawlessly in the technical arena.

If Musk harbored such deep concerns over funding Starship development I don’t believe he would have financed Twitter in the manner he did.

I like your approach though. My prior: September 2021 >> September 2022

IMO the next poll should have the following 17 options: "June 2022", "July 2022", ..., "December 2022", "Q1 2023", "Q2 2023", ..., "Q4 2024", "Q1 2025 or later", and "never". People who vote for either of the last two options would win bragging rights on January 1 2025 if Starship hasn't reached orbit by then.
