On March 28, the Long March 8A (hereinafter referred to as "Long March 8A") Yao 2 carrier rocket, which was managed by the First Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and operated by China Long March Rocket Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Rocket Company"), was successfully loaded at the Tianjin Port terminal and transported to the Wenchang Commercial Space Launch Center in Hainan on March 29. The transport ship arrived in Wenchang on April 6, and the product has now been transported to the launch site.As the main rocket for my country's medium and low orbits in the future, the Long March 8A rocket will carry out the Yao 2 mission in the middle of this year. This mission is also the first launch of this type of rocket at the No. 1 station of the Wenchang Commercial Space Launch Center in Hainan. The Long March 8A rocket is specially developed based on the Long March 8 carrier rocket for the future medium and low orbit giant constellation network launch needs. It has the characteristics of advanced performance, low cost, high reliability and rapid launch.
