Teachers and students of Hangzhou Wenhai Middle School carried out the second engineering practice activity with the astronauts of the Tianzhou 7 cargo spacecraft. During this engineering practice, Wenhai teachers and students had the same schedule as astronauts. They started eating at seven o'clock every morning. At eight o'clock, all staff left the living area and entered the factory to start busy work.

Under the leadership of Mr. Wang from the International Exchange Center of Aerospace Science and Technology, teachers and students of our school finally saw the long-awaited August 1008 star. The 08 star that has not yet been put into the "POD" looks a bit "cute" and even a bit "rough". The antenna is exposed outside, and the connecting wires are also exposed. It is completely different from the satellites that are usually shown on TV and in various media. It is not that cool. But when the engineer explained its production and its functions, When each of its parts functions, the small satellite instantly becomes taller. The satellite wrapped in gold and silver thermal insulation materials is like a warrior in armor. It will carry our yearning for space to the sea of stars. There are solar panels stacked above and below the star to collect sunlight and convert it into energy.

What is the frequency band of the communication system of Bayi 08 Star? Why choose this frequency band? What is the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar panels installed on the 08 star? How long can the 08 star be kept in orbit? 08What are the main applications of satellites? What payloads are carried? What are the functions of each? Teachers and students Wenhai asked dozens of questions, and the engineer answered them all in detail. At this time, when I look at the 08 satellite, I feel a little more realism, a sense of intimacy, a little more awe and shock brought by "imperfection". During the period in orbit, the four major payloads carried by the satellite will complete the Earth-to-Earth mission. Moon-to-sun photography, radio communications, audio and file transmission to the earth, and rapid de-orbit ejection tests; it will operate in a low-inclination circular orbit with an orbital altitude of 380km and an inclination angle of 42°. The satellite has attitude and orbital maneuverability. The power system output power is greater than 205W. It adopts U/V band measurement and control and X-band data transmission. It will also convert titanium alloy into titanium ions to generate thrust to advance in space.

Witnessed by teachers and classmates, the staff carefully installed the small satellite into the POD. The serious and rigorous engineers wore gloves, checked the checklist, and used screwdrivers to tighten the small screws one by one. They are so careful and skillful. Even so, they still carefully check the checklist. They will carefully check every part during every step of the operation to ensure that every part is installed and that the small satellite can work normally during launch and high-altitude operation, without any mistakes. . This list spirit is worth learning.

Chief Engineer Liu Jinshan led teachers and students from Wenhai to the Wenchang Launch Site and once again had a close look at the launch tower on the sea. This is the largest single-story tower in Asia, with a height of 86 meters. It is very spectacular. The launch site can launch the Long March The Type 5 series rockets and the Long March 7 launch vehicle are mainly responsible for the launch missions of geosynchronous orbit satellites, large-mass polar orbit satellites, large-tonnage space stations and deep space exploration satellites. Here, we are deeply impressed by our country's powerful aerospace power.

Wenchang Aerospace Science Popularization Base is a science popularization base supporting the Wenchang Launch Center.
