I don't think so, there should not be any need for that drop zone near Australia if this is CZ-3B/YZ-1, also the other zones don't fully match.
I think it's more likely to be a small solid fuel based launcher instead, probably either the KZ-1A or CZ-11.

This payload shares the exact same name (“Satellite Internet Technology Demonstration Satellite”) as the pair launched on a CZ-2C/YZ-1S from Jiuquan on July 9 this year, however this time it’s CAS’ Shanghai Micro-satellite Center who build the payload(s).

So, we have three designations for this satellite:

- Xingwang Qinxie Guidao-2 (星网倾斜轨道02组)
- Weixing Hulianwang Jishu Shiyan (卫星互联网技术试验卫星)
- Changxin-20

Is that it?

Well, not Xingwang Qinxie Guidao-2 but Xingwang Qinxie Guidao Group 02, of three satellites if you'd believe the picture -- vs. three objects in close orbits; this makes sense.
