AFAIK the "framework contract" signed in 2016 between CGWIC and Luxembourg Space Telecommunications SA has never been upgraded to a firm launch contract, so I doubt this launch will happen in April ???

Given the dispenser mockup with an Jilin-1 MF01A shown it is unlikely however by itself possibly. This would be Jilin-1 MF01A 02 (01R) since the first one was destroyed in a failed launch. There are also better threads for these discussions rather than the scheduling thread.
