Got info from GFZ, that Dnepr is no longer available as launch vehicle for GRACE-FO. They are currently in negotiations with SpaceX for a Falcon-9 launch.
August 28 update from SFN launch schedule, already implemented here:WGS-8 launch date changes to November 17 (November 18 UTC)JPSS-1 launch date March 16, 2017 (SFN still lists the same launch time from the January 20 launch date--would it still be the same, to the minute, even for a launch to SSO?)
