Russian crew members of the International Space Station (ISS) will no longer go into outer space this year, TASS news agency reported in Roscosmos.
A SpaceX Dragon cargo spacecraft is scheduled to launch at 7:35 p.m. EDT on Sunday, July 21, on a Falcon 9 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. This will be SpaceX’s 18th Commercial Resupply Services contract mission to the International Space Station for NASA.Launch on July 21 results in an arrival at the space station for a robotic capture by Expedition 60 crew members Nick Hague and Christina Koch of NASA on Tuesday, July 23, at 7 a.m. EDT for about a month-long stay.
The first manned space flight in 2020 is scheduled for April 15. This was reported on Thursday in the "Russian Space" magazine (the official publication of Roskosmos). At the end of April, the press service of the Cosmonauts Training Center reported that Russian astronauts Nikolai Tikhonov and Andrei Babkin would join the expedition. The backup team includes members of the crew from the Russian Federation, Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Wagner.According to the magazine, "third crew members are appointed in agreement with the partners." They are Japanese Hoshide Akihiko (main crew) and American Cassidy Chris (backup).
Hague is readying more CubeSats today for deployment later next week outside Kibo.

Is that correct?Why is Soyuz MS-13 even docking to Zvezda? Why not Poisk? It's currently unoccupied.Quote from: Salo on 06/27/2019 02:12 pmCompleted ISS flight eventsUTC time is used in table2019June 24 23:25:30 - Soyuz MS-11 (57S) undocking (from Poisk) [Exp 58/59: Kononenko, McClain, Saint-Jacques]June 25 01:55 / 02:47:50 - Soyuz MS-11 (57S) deorbit and landing [Exp 58/59: Kononenko, McClain, Saint-Jacques]Current schedule of ISS flight eventsUTC time is used in table2019July 20 16:28 / 22:50 - Soyuz MS-13 (59S) launch and docking (to Zvezda) [Exp 60/61: Skvortsov, Parmitano, Morgan]July 29 - Progress MS-11 (72P) undocking (from Pirs), deorbit and reentered the atmosphereJuly 31 12:10 / 15:35 - Progress MS-12 (73P) launch and docking (to Pirs)August 22 - Soyuz MS-14 (60S) unmanned launchAugust 24 - Soyuz MS-14 (60S) unmanned docking (to Poisk)September 3 - Soyuz MS-14 (60S) unmanned undocking (from Poisk) and landingSeptember 25 - Soyuz MS-15 (61S) launch and docking (to Poisk) [Exp 61/62: Skripochka, Meir, Al Mansouri]October 3 - Soyuz MS-12 (58S) undocking (from Rassvet) and landing [Exp 59/60: Ovchinin, Hague, Al Mansouri]NET Mid-December - Progress MS-12 (73P) undocking (from Pirs)NET Mid-December - Progress MS-12 (73P) deorbit and reentered the atmosphereDecember 20 - Progress MS-13 (74P) launch and docking (to Pirs)2020February 6 - Soyuz MS-13 (59S) undocking (from Zvezda) and landing [Exp 60/61: Skvortsov, Parmitano, Koch]
