Isro chairman S Somanath told TOI: “Aside from these, there will be specific committees looking at various missions that need to be implemented as part of the goals set by the PM.”

PSLV, GSLV Launch
He added that the space agency is targetting November-December for at least two more launches, one on its workhorse, the PSLV, and the other on the GSLV-Mk2.
“The PSLV will launch the Xposat and also have POEM (PSLV Orbital Experimental Module) carrying scientific and commercial payloads onboard. We’ll announce these features soon. The GSLV will launch the Insat-3DS satellite, which is almost ready. The vibration tests have begun today (Friday),” Somanath said.

Xposat is India’s first dedicated polarimetry mission to study various dynamics of bright astronomical X-ray sources in extreme conditions, while Insat-3DS is a weather satellite built as part of the Indian National Satellite System to provide meteorological services.

it write on web side
I'm not familiar with this website, so I don't know their track record.  I don't know if they have confidential sources within ISRO, and, to my recollection, none of our spaceflight experts on this forum have quoted them before.

Also, xm11, you have been a member here for some time. We always quote a source for our information.  In the case of a confidential source, then state such.  You should not need prompting to do so.

Vibration testing on the satellite?  Seems to me ISRO is several weeks from launching INSAT-3DS.

NET January 2024 per [YT video] (57:30 mark).
He said launch in December or January, so technically NET December.  However, given how these things usually play out, I agree: NET January.

It also would be "nice" to confirm the launch vehicle serial number.

It will be interesting to see whether ISRO finally attempts to fly the uprated L40's on this mission. The High Thrust Vikas Engine (HTVE) is currently only being used in the second stage. The HTVE has a slightly higher chamber pressure (62.5 bar) compared to "Normal" Vikas (58.5 bar). This along with a slightly higher propellent burn rate results in a thrust increase of about 6% with minimal increase in dry mass.

If they can get the sea level version of this engine to work on the L40s then GSLV's GTO performance can probably be enhanced by at least another 100-200kg.

Highly likely F13 will be skipped over. ISRO has a history of skipping over the number "13" in it's mission numbering. PSLV-C13 and GSAT-13 were both skipped over in this way. NISAR mission should be F15.
