^ Nice news about PSLV C-54!   So, going by the statements of ISRO officials, there are launches in February, March and April. Two in March, the Oceansat-3 and this technology demonstrator on C-54. Then the long awaited April launch of the SSLV-D1

Come this October India will put one more of its rockets — the medium-lift Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-Mark III (GSLV MkIII) — into the commercial launch market.
      Sometime during the third week of October 2022, the ISRO rocket will fly with 36 satellites of OneWeb, an Indo-UK joint venture satellite communications company, said an space sector official.

On October 22, India's heaviest rocket is all set to make its grand entry into the global commercial launch service market.

In its very first commercial mission, the GSLV-Mk III will launch the British startup OneWeb's 36 broadband satellites from Sriharikota spaceport. The launch was made official by way of a contract signed by the Indian Space Research Organisation's commercial arm, the NewSpace India Limited (NSIL).

PS:
https://www.newindianexpress.com/nation/2022/oct/06/indias-heaviest-rocket-to-make-global-foray-on-october-22-2505380.html gives the launch time as 00:12 LT October 22 = 18:42 UTC October 21.

From the interview with chairman S.Somanath, it sounds like there could well be 3 launches by year end! The PSLV C54 with Oceansat-3( virtually certain), the SSLV-D2( likely) and, somewhat startlingly, the GSLV Mk2 with an IRNSS-2 type satellite. This last one is quite compelling for two reasons- the cryogenic engine/ stage on the vehicle has given ISRO problems, and the satellite will be the ' next generation' of navigational satellites.

Perhaps five Indian orbital launches before the end of the Indian fiscal year March 31, 2023:

Oceansat-3: end of November;
The 2nd OneWeb cluster launch: January or February, LVM3 M3;
The 2nd SSLV launch;
GSLV (MkII) NavIC satellite, apparently IRNSS-1J (1st of 5 2nd generation NavIC satellites ordered, which matches the circumstances of 1J);
Perhaps Aditya-L1.

SN, India’s PSLV rocket launches nine satellites in final mission of 2022, November 26:
Like the article title says, the Oceansat-3 launch was the last ISRO orbital launch of 2022.

There may be a Sslv D2 launch before the end of the calendar year 2022. ISRO chairman S.Somanath implied as much
