Next launch is PSLV C50 with "CMS 01" followed by first SSLV with "EOS 02" and GSLV F10 with "EOS 03".

End of webcast.

Second test flight was originally scheduled for June 2021. I don't expect manned HSP attempt until 2023-2024 at the earliest.

Very good news!  Always nice to hear of ISRO launches being pushed forward, since usually they are( and with other space agencies)  postponed.  These were originally scheduled for March/2021.

Gisat-1 will be launched in february:
https://www.patrika.com/bangalore-news/gisat-1-will-be-launched-in-feb-now-6592185/

Stephen Clark yesterday reported the launches vice versa: PSLV C51 in late February and GSLV/GISAT-1 NET March: https://spaceflightnow.com/launch-schedule/

Hard to tell if he has some newer information than that Partica article of Dec 24, or older. This source of Dec 17 also indicated that GSLV will launch first.

Cross-post:
More from our official team:
"Amazonia-1 will be launched by ISRO's PSLV-C51 mission, on February 28, at 10:24 am, local time in India - at 1:54 am, in Brazil. A few minutes later, the satellite will be crossing the Equator heading south. Its orbital dynamics have been calculated in such a way that, until the end of its 4-year useful life, Amazonia-1 will always cross the Equator between 10:15 and 10:45 local time, wherever it is passing. This guarantees the same lighting conditions on the earth's surface, allowing for a better comparison between images acquired from the same locations throughout the year - something desirable for several remote sensing applications."

10:24 IST - 5:30 = 04:54 UTC
01:54 BST + 3:00 = 04:54 UTC
Also ~10:30 Local Time Descending Node
***

EDIT: Launched successfully on the above time and date!

Cross-post; manifested aboard an Ariane 5 ECA+; my bold:
According to various sources in India GSAT-24 is to be launched by Arianespace, sometime this fall...:

"GSAT-24 will be a 4.1 ton communications satellite that will put 24 Ku-band transponders into space to be used for DTH services. “The cost of the satellite is 400 million rupees and NSIL will launch it through Arianespace. The launch is expected to occur sometime in September, ”Sivan said."
https://truthdive.com/2021/02/18/space-psu-nsil-to-launch-satellite-for-tatasky-india-news/

The launch date seems doubtful, though.
