According to local media report, ISRO is aiming to launch PSLV C50 in last week of August from Second launch Pad depending upon COVID-19 situation.

#COVID__19 cases are rising at very fast in India's spaceport #SHAR.
Local Report says #SDSC is reducing its operations and will have only one launch mission this year.

If the above schedule is accurate, it's depressing. Intuitively, you would expect 4 launches in the next two-three months, including GISAT-1 and the first SSLV(D-1).  But only two between now and the end of the year?  And that too, missions that were not prioritised in the first few months of 2020.

IMO i dont expect ISRO to attempt more than 1-2 launches this year. Next year should be a lot better with at least 4-5 launches.

Test flight of Indian manned spacecraft will not take place this year
https://novosti-kosmonavtiki.ru/news/75372/
Google translation
Indian officials say it is unlikely that the country's space agency will test a spacecraft under the Gaganyaan human space flight program this year. According to the PTI agency, the main reason for the delay in work is the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the government maintains its goal of launching a crewed mission by August 2022 to mark the country's 75th anniversary of independence.

This renaming was expected since the GISAT fiasco. Some rumors were doing the rounds in academic circles.

Some people are predicting that ISRO will no longer distingush between Cartosat, Risat, Gisat and Emisat and instead abstract away in the EOS series similar to how NROL, USA, Cosmos and Gaofen are named. They probably will no longer reveal sensor information. As we all know, They were all military satellites for all practical purposes and the explanations published citing other reasons are just a cover anyway.
