Cross-posts:
ISRO Chairman declaring mission success. 13 missions before March. 6 Launch vehicles and 7 satellites.
Does "6 launch vehicles" imply only Indian LV?  Or does Ariane 5 count?  If Ariane 5 counts, then there's a LV number match.

"7 satellites" is a match counting the payload pair on the SSLV D1 launch as two--logical--and GSAT-30 on Ariane 5.

A tantalizing statement...
ISRO Chairman giving final congratulations. Coming back "very soon".

And:
SDSC SHAR Director. Three launch campaigns in parallel.

Perhaps?

What about IDRSS series? It will need at least two GSLV Mk3 launches and is essential for Gaganyaan.

From the post-launch speeches for PSLV C48; already updated here:
This is the last mission for ISRO this year.
Going back and listening to the URSC Director, I'm pretty sure he means that RISAT 2BR2 is launching in two months [February 2020], as he previously mentioned that RISAT 2BR1 is the second satellite in the series.

This is the last mission for ISRO this year.

So the somewhat hyped 13 missions by the end of March( announced after the Cartosat-3 launch on Nov 27) is off the table now.

It's structurally and systems complete and fully connected to SLP. It should see use in 2020. Not sure if work platforms are installed yet but they are supposed to be..

GISAT-1 launch January 15:

After the Dec 11/2019 launch of RISAT-2BR1, why didn't ISRO mention the GISAT-1 as the next launch? Was it because they weren't certain of a launch date, they wanted to keep it low profile, or they were misunderstood by 'next'( they meant the next PSLV mission, not 'next' mission etc)

Mismanagement on the part of certain ISRO officials springs to mind as a possible reason. Wish they would go back to how they used to plan missions in 2010-2015 era where exact month and date was set out at least 12 months in advance and we knew exactly what missions were planned and in what order.

2021 High Level Schedule

> SSLV early 2020
> RLV Early 2020
> Advanced communication satellites - Gisat1 and Gisat-12R
> Earth observation satellites Risat-2BR2 and Microsat (for surveillance)
> Aditya L1 (sun) mission by mid-2020
> First unmanned test-flight of Gaganyaan in December

Source : https://m.timesofindia.com/india/isros-2020-target-sun-mission-gaganyaan-test-flight-mini-pslv-test-and-10-sat-launches/amp_articleshow/72931226.cms

Other interesting points

> The first rocket stage will be recovered on a vertical landing spot on the sea like Elon Musk-promoted American company Space X has been doing it with its Falcon rocket.  ::) For recovering the second stage, Isro is developing a winged body like a space shuttle

> Second unmanned Gaganyaan  mission in July 2021

> Actual human spaceflight mission in December 2021, with 3 astronauts , for 5-7 days

I become very skeptical anytime this chairman starts talking about ambitious timelines and "lots of work to do" as it is always a precursor to delays and failure as last few years have shown us. Better to let center directors speak who are involved in the day to day operations as it will give a more "on the ground" picture of what is going on.
