The ISS feed is still airing SG-1 which has been switched back to Russian comms so no updates post EVA---and they just switched back to airing SG-2 with updates from the airlock..

Ayers is using something called a "cannon connector" tool to remove a cap and prepare to install a jumper to a DDCU on the P6 truss - something about routing power from there to somewhere where it can be stepped to an acceptable voltage for the Russian segment.

USOS power to the Russian voltage converters interface with the RS via the Z1 truss and its associated rats nest.

It would be interesting to see the wiring diagram to trace out how jumping those two connectors out at P6 winds up sending power all the way over to Z1 and the Russian segment.

Animal and Vapor are in the airlock servicing their EMUs and had to reminded, like many crews, to remove their watches which are not allowed when working on the suits.

The crew is running way behind in their afternoon schedule apparently because the earlier EVA debrief ran way long.  Considering there were no obvious difficulties with the actual EVA, just intolerably long comm outages, it would be interesting to know what all that time was spent debriefing...

Wow. What a day. Spacewalks are grueling and exhilarating all at the same time.

@AstroAnnimal, @astro_berrios, @JonnyKimUSA, @Astro_Onishi, and our flight control team on the ground absolutely set the standard for teamwork. We started the day off more ready than ever thanks to Tak and Jonny’s efforts suiting us up.

We had a dynamic day outside with lots of changes and challenges, but our team got through it all! This was probably the most challenging and rewarding day I’ve ever had.

We got out the door and got the tasks done that make the @Space_Station ready for the next cargo spacecraft, roll out solar arrays, and continued work on science through the next several years.

Jonny is currently working in the airlock and while informing the ground he inadvertently activated an EMU fan, he referred to it as "his EMU".   Is he already assigned to the next EVA
