January 26 launch still plausible.
This NGA notice that came out has January 23 with a backup date of January 26, like the FAA ATCSCC Ops Plan had for a while.

Full video from Saturday’s successful static fire for @NASA’s ELaNa 41 mission. Looking forward to announcing the launch date when we receive our FAA launch license. #AdAstra

We will announce launch date and time when we receive our license from the FAA!
How long after the moment of FAA license issueance could Astra start the countdown?
24 hours?
Less?

Would Cape operations be able to match Astra's apparent operations agility?

How about notices to airmen and mariners?

Eastern range spinup would probably the gating factor? USSF range availability and range conflicts are an issue, but due to SpaceX upping their pace the USSF is making strides in approving their agility as well to keep up, so that's a tide that lifts all boats so to speak.

NOTAM/NOTMAR I think is mayyyyybe at least a week for predetermined events, but how much of that is by custom/courtesy and how much of that is regulation though?

This is only pulled from memory, which may be off, but I recall that SpaceX launched or attempted to launch the Orbcomm OG2 mission 2 very quickly after they got the FAA license approved. This was in 2015, after the CRS-7 failure. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the relevant NSF thread.

SFN Astra fires up rocket for first time at Cape Canaveral, January 22
Quote
Another CubeSat mission from UC-Berkeley originally selected by NASA for the Astra demonstration launch wasn’t ready in time for integration with the rocket in December, according to Jasmine Hopkins, a NASA spokesperson at Kennedy Space Center.

NASA will assign the CURIE satellites to another launch, Hopkins said.

This will probably push the LV0009 launch back a few more days, perhaps to March, unless they already have a large enough team to support two launches at different sites in a short period of time.

It seems unlikely to me that Astra Space have another launch equipment set on hand to support two launches in a short time. More likely is just a single launch equipment set.

This is probably true, but the turnaround time is no more than a couple of weeks.
