Note that in the above tweet, Rocket Lab reversed the times for EDT and PDT. EDT is 13:04 and PDT is 10:04.

I think during the latest launch, there was mention of minor improvements made to 1B compared to 1A; I wonder if they're backporting those to 1A. Probably too minor to bother with TBH, but it's one possible explanation.
