SpaceX is targeting Thursday, April 21 for a Falcon 9 launch of 53 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The instantaneous launch window is at 11:14 a.m. ET, or 15:14 UTC, and a backup opportunity is available on Friday, April 22.
The first stage booster (B1060.12) supporting this mission previously launched GPS III-3, Turksat 5A, Transporter-2, and eight Starlink missions. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage will return to Earth and land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Due to weather, now targeting 1:51 p.m. ET for today’s launch of Starlink.
This is a 2.5 hour delay.  That suggests to me that SpaceX is no longer targeting particular planes.  This appears to be a change from earlier when delays were a bit less than a day to target the same plane.

Get them on orbit and let them drift into the planes you need filled.

I think this is also an example of wanting to get the mission completed so they can get the ASDS and booster back into rotation for the next mission.  Keep all the parts and pieces moving to keep the cadence up!
Wildly optimistic prediction, Superheavy recovery on IFT-4 or IFT-5

The NGA quoted up-thread allows for launch into an "early" and a "late" orbital plane, separated by approximately 2.5 hours of Earth rotation = approximately 37.5 degrees.
