This will be the second mission delivering iROSA panels.
Looks like there is no IROSA this time, I did not find mentioning it in the cargo manifest:
https://www.nasa.gov/sites/default/files/atoms/files/spacex_crs-25_mission_overview_links.pdf

iROSA has been deferred to a later launch due to the EVA suit issues. Instead this launch carries the  Earth Surface Mineral Dust Source Investigation (EMIT) instrument and a Battery Charge/Discharge Unit in the trunk.

As an additional comment on the problems with the EVA, the Mission Overview confirms that (EMU) 3015 will return to Earth for inspection.
Quote
Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) 3015 – After successfully completing the U.S. EVA-80 spacewalk, a thin layer of moisture was discovered on the inner surface of the helmet and on an absorption pad. To further investigate the cause and source of this water, EMU 3015 will be returned to Earth for test, teardown, and evaluation (TT&E).
I publish information in Spanish about space and rockets.

What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?
